These Terms of Service govern the use of ampliagrowth.com and the services provided by Amplify Learning LLC, operating under the trade name Amplia Growth. By using the website or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to these terms.
01About us

02Our services
We provide online marketing services to businesses and professionals: Meta Ads management, direct response copywriting, funnels and email marketing, high-ticket sales systems, AI automation and content strategy. All services are delivered remotely.
The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees of each project are set out in a written proposal or statement of work. If anything in a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal prevails for that project.
03Proposals and acceptance
- A project starts once you accept a proposal in writing (including by email or electronic signature) and pay any amount due at the start, if the proposal includes one.
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
04Fees and payment
- Fees are those stated in the accepted proposal, in the currency shown there.
- One-off projects and setup work may be billed in full or in part before work starts. Monthly services are billed in advance at the start of each period.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or by bank transfer.
- Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platforms (for example, Meta) and is not part of our fees.
- Late payments may pause the work until the account is up to date.
05Your responsibilities
- Give us timely access to the accounts, tools, information and approvals the project needs.
- Make sure your offer, claims, materials and landing pages are truthful and comply with the law and with the policies of the platforms we use, including Meta's advertising policies.
- Hold the rights to any content, images, trademarks and data you provide to us.
06No guarantee of results
Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, such as your offer, your market, your budget and platform decisions. We share estimates based on data, but we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, revenue or return on ad spend.
07Intellectual property
- Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as copy, creatives, pages and automations.
- Ad accounts, pixels, pages, email lists and data stay in your name at all times.
- We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, know-how and tools, and may use general knowledge gained in a project for other work, without revealing your confidential information.
- We only mention your business name, results or testimonials publicly with your written permission.
08Confidentiality
Both parties keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the project. This obligation continues after the project ends.
09Term and cancellation
- Monthly services continue until either party cancels with 30 days' written notice, unless the proposal sets a different minimum term.
- Either party may end the agreement immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 10 days of being notified.
- On termination, you pay for the work performed up to the end date, and we hand over the deliverables and access belonging to you.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, nor for decisions made by advertising platforms, such as ad rejections or account restrictions.
11Use of this website
The content of this website is provided for general information. You may not copy it for commercial use without our permission. Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; their mention does not imply endorsement.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Before any formal claim, we will try to solve any disagreement in good faith by writing to info@ampliagrowth.com.
13Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date you accept a proposal applies to that project.
